Metro SXRECMO Starsys Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Cart

Critical supplies must be immediately accessible for every ECMO patient, both for routine care and in case of emergencies. The tall Starsys ECMO cart provides high density storage in a small footprint that can be staged inside or just outside the patient's room for quick and easy access to items needed to support the patient. Contents are visible through the door on this preconfigured cart and there is plenty of storage both for smaller items in full extension totes with optional dividers, as well as larger, bulkier items on the shelves. The handle and easy rolling casters provide for quiet movement in patient care environments for replenishment and to position at the point of care. The Starsys ECMO cart enables staff to have a dedicated “situation ready” cart that is prepared and stored ahead of time, ready for use. Contents can be stored behind the door of this enclosed cart preventing loss and reducing risk of contamination. The cart also provides a large writing/prep surface that can be stowed when not needed increasing the overall utility of the cart. Polymer shelving and full extension, removable totes that comprise behind the door storage are completely reconfigurable within the cart.
